What chain do you use for Tether (USDT)?
We support Tether (USDT) on Tron (TRX) which is also known as TRC 20. It’s similar to Ethereum’s ERC 20, but the token is hosted at Tron Chain.
While most of the exchanges use Ethereum, but as we are a micro-wallet, using Tron Chain helps us keep the fees low and the service cheaper for our users.
To deposit and withdraw USDTTRC20 (USDT hosted on Tron), you would need a Tron compatible wallet. Some of the examples include Tronlink, Coinomi. USDTTRC20 is also used by well-known exchanges such as Binance, Kucoin, SimpleSwap and more.
Can I deposit tokens in FaucetPay?
No, please do not send tokens (unless specified otherwise) to deposit addresses as you could lose them forever.
Recovering tokens is a time-consuming task which would require our developers to extract the tokens, so we must charge a commission for it and not in all cases cover the value of the tokens sent.
If you want to go through that process, please Create a Ticket and provide an address where we can return your tokens. Our team will inform you of the recovery fee.

Please go to your Withdrawals page and find the transaction ID related to your withdrawal. This transaction ID is a receipt of the payment we made.
A transaction ID can be searched on any public, third-party block explorer and verified independently.
In majority of the missing withdrawal cases, the problem is at the receiving wallet’s end.
Please copy the transaction ID and contact the support of your receiving wallet along with the transaction ID.
Withdrawal Stuck in “Processing”
If your withdrawal is stuck in “Processing” state for more than 8 hours, please submit a ticket to us.
Why was only one of my withdrawals processed?
At each withdrawal processing slot, we process only one withdrawal per address – this is to ensure that a single user does not burden the withdrawal system.
How can I withdraw to my bank account?
We do not provide direct withdrawals to bank accounts or in fiat. You can only withdraw the cryptocurrencies we offer to valid cryptocurrency addresses.
We recommend you to investigate according to your place of residence to know how you can change these cryptocurrencies to your local currency, we can recommend checking Coinbase, Bitstamp or LocalBitcoin.
Each time I withdraw the fees are different and higher, when will they return to their original value?
The fees are being adjusted according to the congestion of the blockchain network, it is expected that they vary to guarantee our users less waiting time in their transactions.
Our goal is always to offer the best to our users, and at this time this is the way to guarantee their withdrawals with the lowest fees that are possible given the blockchain. As soon as the blockchain congestion clears, our fees will return to their initial value
If you consider that the fees are high, we recommend using our internal exchange to change it for another one with lower fees and speed such as DOGE, LTC or TRX.
How can I withdraw my earnings?
To withdraw your earnings from faucetpay, you need:
- Have a linked address of such currency.
- Meet the minimum withdrawal conditions.
- Go to User Dashboard(Wallet) and select “Withdraw” from the action column in the desired currency.
Please withdraw a substantial amount of coin each time you withdraw. Many wallets have a minimum deposit so the transactions are not credited. We are not responsible for this.
For Ethereum based withdrawals, please ensure that your wallet supports smart contract transactions.
I cannot link my Ripple (XRP) address! What do I do now?
At FaucetPay, we strive to provide our users with a safe, reliable, and convenient platform for receiving micropayments.
One of the limitations that we have is the lack of support for destination tags for Ripple (XRP) withdrawals to exchanges.
Destination tags are unique identifiers that are used to distinguish between multiple transactions to the same XRP/Ripple address. When you send XRP/Ripple to an exchange, you need to specify a destination tag along with the address to ensure that your funds are credited to your account correctly.
Currently, we don’t support destination tags for XRP/Ripple withdrawals to exchanges due to compatibility issues. Some exchanges require destination tags to be included with XRP/Ripple withdrawals for their systems to process the transactions correctly. However, our system does not support this feature at the moment, which may cause issues with the withdrawal process.
If you want to withdraw your XRP/Ripple from FaucetPay to an exchange, we recommend that you use a personal wallet with an activated address. We are able to process payments to personal addresses that do not require a destination tag. We recommend you to use a self-custodial wallet such as Trust Wallet, Exodus, etc. for obtaining a personal Ripple address.
Please note that you may incur network fees or other charges when using a personal wallet. Make sure to check the fees and terms of your personal wallet provider before proceeding with the withdrawal.
If you have any further questions or concerns about XRP/Ripple withdrawals, please contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
What are the fees on Exchange (Coin Swap)?
We charge a 2.99% fee on each transaction. In addition to that, there may be a 1-2% premium rate on the price because we provide the liquidity.
The prices update every 2 minutes.
Withdrawal fees are also applicable.
Why are Bitcoin fees so large?
Background
FaucetPay has thousands of deposits every day! Many of these deposits are sent in Bitcoin (BTC).
Around 80% of the deposits sent to FaucetPay are under $10! This has a big implication on why we charge high withdrawal fees.
Technical Details
Bitcoin works on the concept of UTXO – inputs and outputs. Each transaction has a number of inputs and some outputs. The greater the number of inputs/outputs, the greater the size in bytes!
Bitcoin transaction fees are not static and differ from transaction to transaction! If your transaction is large, you’ll pay more fees as it is charged per byte.
How does it affect FaucetPay?
Now, assume that FaucetPay is sending an outgoing transaction (i.e., a withdrawal) of $5,000.
There are several ways for our Bitcoin wallet to pay that. Our wallet can either load a single $5,005 input and pay $5,000 to the recipient and put $5 as miner fees. It can also load 11 inputs worth $500 and then create an output to the recipient and change address. It can even use a single $10,000 input to pay the recipient.
Sometimes, we large withdrawals such as $5,000 using a single input and that works great for us, we pay less than $5 fee for that transaction.
However, as we wrote that, most of the withdrawals are under $10 at FaucetPay, this means that most of the times, our wallet would load 501 inputs worth $10 each to pay this $5,000 withdrawal. This means that the transaction size would be massive!
Let’s do some mathematics now!
Amount to Pay: 0.10 BTC
Inputs: 500 (Assume, each input is 0.0002000 BTC*)
*It’s rare for all inputs to be the same. For the sake of simplicity, we’ll assume that.
Outputs: 1
Size (Bytes): [Inputs * 148] + [1 * 34] + 10 = 74044
Fee: 10 Satoshis Per Byte
Total Fee (in Satoshis): 740440
Total Fee (in BTC): 0.0074044
At the current rate (8th May 2021), that is $435 USD miner fees for this transaction.
Therefore, due to the smaller, dust deposits we receive, it becomes hard for us to maintain the slower fees.
Back in March 2020, we offered the most competitive withdrawal fees at the rate of just 400 Satoshis per withdrawal!
Unfortunately, with ever-increasing Bitcoin fees, we are no longer able to offer free, cheap Bitcoin withdrawals! Our aim has always been to have a no-profit, no-loss system for withdrawals, but then, we continue to make a significant loss due to the network fees.
We hope that you understand that is beyond our control and to keep FaucetPay running healthy, we must charge Bitcoin withdrawals that are in line with the network fees.
Any Alternative?
Of course! You can use our Coin Swap to convert your Bitcoins to an alternative cryptocurrency such as Tron, Binance Smart Chain, Bitcoin Cash, etc. and withdraw them instead! This means you get your withdrawals blazingly fast and at ridiculously cheap fees!
